We stayed for 5 nights, and I was severely disappointed by the misleading description regarding accommodation charges. I had booked for four persons and faced an unexpected €50 per person extra fee, including for my child. The breakfast was monotonous and of poor quality, lacking variety, and I found the staff unresponsive at breakfast which further contributed to the frustrating experience.

the room was on the basement level, which was sooo disappointing, and privacy was practically non-existent. I also couldn't stand the noise from nearby bars. it kept me up until 2 am, despite earplugs provided. honestly, a complimentary drink or room upgrade would have been nice after such an inconvenience, I really expected more. almost gave 5 stars, but just couldn’t.
